Story
The Anchored Men's Conference
was born out of a desire to see men come together to celebrate the goodness of God in their lives. We wanted to provide space for men to be challenged in their walk with the Lord, to ask tough questions, to walk with young and old alike through the various trials of life, and to be reminded that they are not alone. The world offers a hope that is fleeting. The hope we want all men to experience is the sure and steadfast hope, anchored in Jesus. Come, be anchored in Truth. Worship with brothers. Walk with friends. And leave encouraged by the hope we find only in Christ.

Anchored in The Word
Brian Tillman
Brian Tillman has been the Senior Pastor of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church since January, 2025. He has a BA from Blue Mountain Christian University and a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Seminary. Brian married his high school sweetheart Paige, and together they have three children. Brian enjoys reading, coaching church planters, swimming, running and playing golf.
Anchored in Retirement
Jim Clark
Jim & his wife Nancy have been members at PGBC for 6 years. They have been married for 57 years and have 3 children, 10 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. He was saved 73 years ago at age 6. He is a retired school teacher, principal, and former Vice-president at Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary. Jim has a B.S. degree from Campbellsville University and an M.S. degree from Pensacola Christian College.

Keith Withrow
Keith Withrow is a local business owner and presently serves as an elder at Heritage Baptist church. He married his high school sweetheart 40 years ago and together they have two daughters and five wonderful grandchildren.
Anchored In Your Relationship With Your Daughters
Ryan Bays
Ryan Bays is a real estate appraiser, director of the Men’s Ministry at Pleasant Grove, and lover of coffee and good books. He and his wife Tiffany have been married 25 years (in September) and have six incredible girls (8-21 years).
Ryan has a strict 'No-Boys-Allowed' policy in his home, but is not sure how long that will last...
Anchored at Work
Todd Brackin
Todd has been happily married for 34 years and is the proud parent of two children and two grandsons. He accepted Christ as his Lord & Savior his senior year of high school in November 1990. He's worked at Toyota Motor Manufacturing for over 24 years and has been a member of Pleasant Grove since 2015.
Anchored in Discipleship
Shawn Tomes
Shawn loves Jesus and his family. He and his wife Marcia have been married 32 years and have two adult children, a son in law, and a “soon to be”daughter in law. He has served in youth ministry, as a public school art teacher, coach, and counselor, as well as the Director of NWKY FCA and VP of Mission and Culture at Kentucky Wesleyan College. He currently serves on staff with Pleasant Grove supporting discipleship and outreach ministries. Shawn loves peach Nehi, popcorn, mowing, art and design, and working on the farm.
Anchored In Your Relationship With Your Sons
Scott Seiber
Scott Seiber serves as the Lead Pastor of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church, where he has faithfully served the congregation for nearly a decade. He and his wife, Stephanie, have served in ministry together for over 20 years and are raising their seven children—five boys and two girls, including two adopted sons—on their family farm. Scott is passionate about men’s ministry and believes the health of the church rises and falls with men who lead their homes and communities in humble, biblical faithfulness.

Anchored to Christ With Your Health
Dr. Andy Collins
Dr. Collins grew up in eastern Kentucky in a Christian home and moved to Lexington to attend University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) where he met his wife. They've been married now 11 years and have two children. He's been practicing medicine now for 8 years as a physician. He hopes to bring a biblical and practical look at what the Bible has to say about our health.

Brannon Pendergraft
Brannon is a husband of 16 years, dad of three girls, and Fire Captain who loves to serve his family, church, and community with purpose and integrity. He’s passionate about marriage ministry and discipleship, values meaningful relationships, and enjoys mentoring others. Away from the firehouse and family life, he enjoys shopping, farm chores, good music (including boy bands), and creating a personal style anchored with a pair of Tecovas.
Anchored in Your Youth
Chris Dillbeck
Chris Dillbeck has been married to his wife, Ashley, for 25 years and is the proud father of three children—two sons in college and a daughter graduating from Apollo High School this year. He has served as the director of the missionary organization Young Life for 26 years. A graduate of the University of Evansville with degrees in Classical Studies and Biblical Studies, Chris loves the outdoors and is a self-professed DIYer.

Rob Pierce
Rob Pierce is a Deacon and Premarital leader at Pleasant Valley Community Church. He has been married to his wife Karen for 25 years and has 2 children ages 20 and 17. He’s also a financial advisor of 23 years.
