Dr. Collins grew up in eastern Kentucky in a Christian home and moved to Lexington to attend University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) where he met his wife. They've been married now 11 years and have two children.  He's been practicing medicine now for 8 years as a physician.  He hopes to bring a biblical and practical look at what the Bible has to say about our health.

Brannon is a husband, girl dad, and Fire Captain who is committed to serving both his family and his church. He has a strong passion for marriage ministry and discipleship and values building meaningful relationships, mentoring others, and living out his faith with purpose and integrity. Outside of family life and the fire house, he enjoys shopping, farm chores, good music (including boy bands), and creating a personal style anchored with a pair of Tecovas.

Brian Tillman has been the Senior Pastor of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church since January, 2025.  He has a BA from Blue Mountain Christian University and a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Seminary.  Brian married his high school sweetheart Paige,  and together they have three children.  Brian enjoys reading, coaching church planters, swimming, running and playing golf.

Chris Dillbeck has been married to his wife, Ashley, for 25 years and is the proud father of three children—two sons in college and a daughter graduating from Apollo High School this year. He has served as the director of the missionary organization Young Life for 26 years. A graduate of the University of Evansville with degrees in Classical Studies and Biblical Studies, Chris loves the outdoors and is a self-professed DIYer.

David Rodgers has grown up here in Owensboro and has thoroughly enjoyed leading the the folks of Pleasant Grove in worship since 2008.  David enjoys creating/building things that inspire and move people.  He spends his free time in the outdoors with his wife Kristy, and his 3 boys hunting, fishing, riding, and enjoying the adventure.

Jim & his wife Nancy have been members at PGBC for 6 years.  They have been married for 57 years and have 3 children, 10 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. I He was saved 73 years ago at age 6.  He is a retired school teacher, principal, and former Vice-president at Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary.  Jim hs a B.S. degree from Campbellsville University and an M.S. degree from Pensacola Christian College.

Keith Withrow is a local business owner and presently serves as an elder at Heritage Baptist church.  He married his high school sweetheart 40 years ago and together they have two daughters and five wonderful grandchildren.

Rob Pierce is a Deacon and Premarital leader at Pleasant Valley Community Church. He has been married to his wife Karen for 25 years and has 2 children ages 20 and 17. He’s also a financial advisor of 23 years.

Ryan Bays is a real estate appraiser, director of the Men’s Ministry at Pleasant Grove, and lover of coffee and good books.  He and his wife Tiffany have been married 25 years (in September) and have six incredible girls (8-21 years).   

Ryan has a strict 'No-Boys-Allowed' policy in his home, but is not sure how long that will last...

Scott Seiber serves as the Lead Pastor of Walnut Memorial Baptist Church, where he has faithfully served the congregation for nearly a decade. He and his wife, Stephanie, have served in ministry together for over 20 years and are raising their seven children—five boys and two girls, including two adopted sons—on their family farm.  Scott is passionate about men’s ministry and believes the health of the church rises and falls with men who lead their homes and communities in humble, biblical faithfulness.

Todd has been happily married for 34 years and is the proud parent of two children and two grandsons.  He accepted Christ as his Lord & Savior his senior year of high school in November 1990.  He's worked at Toyota Motor Manufacturing for over 24 years and has been a member of Pleasant Grove since 2015.
